Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of the Lightcraft Los Angeles Sunrooms & Patios website and any estimate or work you ask us for. By using the site, sending us a request or booking a visit, you agree to them, so please read them before you reach out.

If you don't agree with something here, please don't use the site. You can still call us at (213) 340-1547 to talk it through before you decide.

What we do

Lightcraft Los Angeles Sunrooms & Patios is a sunroom contractor in Los Angeles, CA. We design and build sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen rooms and patio covers for homes in Los Angeles and the cities around it. You can see the full list on our home page and read more about the business on our About page.

What we show on this site is general information about our work. It isn't an offer for any particular job. Every house is different, so the scope of your project is set only by the written estimate and contract we agree on with you.

Estimates and pricing

We give free estimates at your property, with no obligation to hire us. An estimate is based on what we can see and measure on that visit, including the size of the room, the materials you pick and how the new structure ties into your house.

Prices can change if the job turns out to be different once it's open. That includes things like hidden damage, a slab or footing that needs work, or permit requirements we couldn't know about in advance. If that happens, we stop and talk with you first, and we only do extra work once you've approved the change in writing.

Unless the estimate says otherwise, it's good for a limited time because material prices move. Any price on this website is general information, not a quote for your job.

Scheduling, changes and cancellation

We schedule work once you've signed the contract, and we'll give you a start date and a rough timeline. Weather, permit and inspection timing, material deliveries and changes you ask for can move those dates, and we'll keep you posted when they do.

If you need to reschedule a visit, call us at (213) 340-1547 or use our Contact page as early as you can. If you want to cancel a signed contract, the cancellation terms in that contract apply, along with any cancellation rights California law gives you. Costs for custom materials already ordered for your job may not be refundable.

Payment

The written contract for your job sets the payment schedule, the amounts due and the payment methods we accept. Payment is due as the contract lays out, and the final payment is due when the work is complete.

If a payment is late, we may pause work until the account is current. We'll always tell you before we do that, so you have a chance to sort it out.

Warranties

Any warranty on our workmanship is the one written into your contract. Manufacturer warranties on glass, frames, roofing panels and other products come from the makers, and we'll pass those on to you along with any care instructions that keep them in force.

This website and its content are provided as they are. We work to keep the information accurate, but we don't promise that every page is complete, current or free of errors. Apart from the written warranties above and what the law requires, we don't make any other warranties, express or implied.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Lightcraft Los Angeles Sunrooms & Patios isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that come from using this website or relying on its general information. Our responsibility for any job is limited to what's set out in the contract for that job.

Nothing here limits any right you have under California law that can't be waived.

If we disagree

If you have a problem with our work or a bill, call us first. Most issues get settled quickly once we're both looking at the same thing, and we'd rather fix it than argue about it.

If we can't work it out directly, any dispute will be handled as your contract describes. Where the contract doesn't say, it will be resolved in the courts that serve Los Angeles County, California.

Which law applies

These terms and any work we do are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to rules that would point to another state's law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one that applies, and a signed contract keeps the terms that were in place when you signed it.

If you have questions about anything here, reach us through our Contact page or call (213) 340-1547. We're available Mon–Sun: 8 AM–9 PM.
